Apple Blow Fizz


1/3 oz apple schnapps
1/3 oz cranberry juice
champagne

Pour the apple schnapps and cranberry juice into a champagne flute and stir. Top up with champagne and stir. Garnish with a small wedge of green apple.

Casanova


1 oz raspberry puree
1 oz clear apple juice
2 and 1/3 oz champagne

Pour raspberry puree into a chilled flute with apple juice and stir. Top up with champagne and stir. Garnish with two fresh raspberries in the drink.

Jacuzzi


1 oz gin
2/3 oz peach schnapps
1 oz fresh orange juice
champagne

Shake the gin, peach schnapps, and orange juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a flute, top with champagne and stir.
